ChurrascoBrazilian style barbecue
4 pounds of meat, either ribs, lamb, beef tenderloin, or other tender meat
1 cup of hot water
2 cloves of garlic mashed
3 tablespoons of salt
Set up a fire with a grill 12 to 16 inches above glowing coals. Place meat on grill without letting pieces touch and leaving grill uncovered. Mix the water, garlic and salt together. Turn meat every 15 minutes or so basting with the liquid mixture once the meat has browned. Meat should be done in two to four hours.
